Hammond Marina Parking Lot

This large commercial space needed some beautification, which we accomplished by using native plants. Curb cuts direct any rain water into the garden, and the native plants are ready to soak it up! This design provides habitat in the middle of pavement, treats water as more of a resource, and offers a unique appeal for those visiting this commercial property. Even commercial areas can be thoughtfully designed with functionality, beauty, and habitat in mind. When was the last time you saw a butterfly in a parking lot?
