Merrillville Pre-Sale Curb Appeal

We partnered with a local interior designer to prepare this home for sale. While the interior was being prepared, we went to work on the entry of the home.

The front of the home had several larger plants that had been left untended and were overgrown, covering a good portion of the front of the home. We helped create a plan to remove and clean up overgrown elements, devising an economical landscape plan that would make the home’s entry welcoming.

We coordinated with the contractor of their choice to get the work done, leaving space for a sitting bench in front. When it went on the market, the home sold on the first day!
